Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following regions:

  • Australian Capital Territory (ACT) – including Canberra and nearby areas

  • New South Wales (NSW)

  • Victoria (VIC)

 

We are actively working on expanding delivery options to other states across Australia. In the meantime, if you're located outside ACT, NSW, or VIC and are interested in an item, we encourage you to contact us directly at online@tch.com.au. We’ve successfully arranged deliveries to customers in other states and are happy to provide a shipping quote based on your location.

Delivery Charges

  • Canberra and Local Surrounds: Flat rate of $99

  • NSW and Victoria: Delivery charges vary depending on region and order size/value. Charges will be calculated at checkout or quoted individually if required.

For all other regions not currently listed, please reach out to us via email for a personalised shipping quote.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your region.

We will provide clear delivery notifications ahead of time to ensure someone is available to receive your order.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Sunday, including public holidays.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking and delivery details.
