Delivery Areas

We currently offer standard delivery options to:

• Australian Capital Territory (ACT) – including Canberra and surrounding areas

• New South Wales (NSW)

• Victoria (VIC)

We can also arrange delivery Australia-wide.

We regularly arrange deliveries outside our standard checkout areas. Delivery costs will depend on factors such as your location, the type and size of furniture being purchased, the quantity of items, and the delivery requirements.

If you see furniture you would like to purchase but your area is not available at checkout, we encourage you to get in touch with us. Our team will review your delivery location and the furniture you are interested in and provide you with a personalised delivery quote.

Delivery Charges

• Canberra and Local Surrounds: Flat rate of $99

• NSW and Victoria: Delivery charges vary depending on the region and the size and value of your order. Applicable delivery charges will be calculated at checkout or quoted individually where required.

• Other Australian Locations: Delivery can be arranged upon request. Please contact us by email or phone for a personalised quote based on your delivery location, furniture type, order size and delivery requirements.

If a delivery option does not appear at checkout, this does not necessarily mean that we cannot deliver to your area. Please contact our team and we will be happy to discuss available delivery options with you.

Delivery Timeframes

• Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 21 business days, depending on your region and delivery requirements.

For locations requiring a manually arranged delivery, estimated delivery timeframes will be provided when we prepare your delivery quote.

We will provide clear delivery notifications ahead of time to help ensure someone is available to receive your order.
